A four week course to introduce a brand new mobility program for over 60’s.

Gentle, and controlled, our Broken Boomers class uses props, such as a chair, to balance and create stability while using simple movements to bring about lasting change.

What you will do

You will use gentle movements to open up all of your joints, in their full range of motion. Moving in this specific, systemised, way will wash away years of immobility and stiffness. These movements are guaranteed to rebuild your agility, and mobility, step by step in a pain free way.

You will future proof your balance, and proprioception, by working with a chair to ensure the stability of each movement you learn. Gradually forming a base from which to move with ageless grace, and stability.

Finally, you will return your breath to to its optimal state. Connecting diaphragmatic breathing into your movement, and also resting state. This will regulate your heart rate, and sympathetic nervous system. Bringing about a feeling of calmness and relaxation.

About Nathan Head

Nathan has been teaching Kung Fu, Meditation, Qigong and Mobility For 20 years. Combining all of his experience into programs that bring about life long change, and benefits, to all of his students. He is the founder of Head Academy, now with 4 locations in Sydney and runs Tao de Libertad Retreat centre in the Philippines with his wife.

Knowledge required

No previous experience is necessary for this course. As long as you can stand, with assistance of a chair, for 45 minutes these classes are easily achievable.

What to wear/bring?

You should wear loose comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. Please bring a water bottle, and a smile.

The class is limited to 15 participants, so please book in early.
