Referred to as "flying without wings" or "circulating the light" the once closely guarded secret of the Micro Cosmic Orbit is now accessible to all. This meditative qigong was thought to be too powerful for the "commoner". Thanks to the open mindedness of modern masters it is easily learned today. Internal Alchemy 1 - Multi Orgasmic Women and Man.
Learn how to harness the power of your sexuality, and sexual energy. The information divulged will transform the relationship you have with your own sexuality, and the relationship you have with your loved one. After forming the compassionate heart through the development of the Inner smile you will learn to transform your sexual energy. This powerful force will be used to further your meditation practices. You will learn how yin and yang expression manifests in relationships, and how to use this to improve your love life.

Many of us know what it feels like to be caught in an endless loop of negative thoughts and emotions. How would it feel to be able to shift yourself from these negative loops into a more positive state? How would it feel to learn how to release negative emotions, stress and energies from the body?
1.00pm – Introduction to the system. What is The Internal Way?
1.30pm – Dissolve negative tensions, energy and trauma from the body using vibrations and sound. Change your vibration to one of health, healing and positivity.
2.30pm – What does the perfect version of yourself look like? Child like, innocent and free from the programs and burdens accumulated through life? However you see yourself now, there is a perfect version of yourself, that has always been there. Discover yourself using the Inner Smile meditation.

Meditation without energy work is simply not meditation. During today’s workshops we will take the foundation practices and expand them to include detailed and systematic procedures on how to feel, direct and work with the unlimited energies around us.

9.30am – Assisted opening of the Micro Cosmic Orbit Points.

Nathan is a passionate Teacher of Meditation, Qigong and Kung Fu.
With over 17 years teaching experience and 20 years of practical application and practice, Nathan has been able to develop the Flow State Program. The Flow State Program combines Nathan’s experience in Kung Fu, as a Heart Math coach and his training through Taoist Master Mantak Chia. The uncomfortable truth about meditation
All meditations are not created equally! In fact most “meditations” that are promoted in this world of quick fix apps, and follow alongs, are nothing more than sitting quietly… and at best listening to the breath. Ancient Taoist texts clearly state that as long as you are still “listening” to the breath the true work of meditation will allude you. Although this is where we all should start with our meditation, it should not be the meditation.
Have you ever meditated, and felt peaceful, calm and centred only to find that when you engage back into your normal routine you still lose your S%4t and are just as quickly agitated? This is the other truth about meditation… it takes work. To actually effect personal change you need an effective meditation system and the discipline to practice. I know that the “P” word is super scary, and normally has people running for the nearest mindfulness App…but with 10 – 20 minutes of diligent practice for 30 days you will see results that last a lifetime.
So…how do you know what meditations are effective? Finding the right meditation system for you is as simple as outlining what benefits you wish to receive from the practice.
