The Internal Way - Nei Dan Tao

The Internal Way (Nei Dan Tao) is a system of qigong and meditation based on the ancient teachings and philosophies of Taoism. This path has been created by Sifu Nathan Head from the teachings of Taoist Master Mantak Chia and modern information from research into the connection of the human physiology and energetic systems. The Internal Way will enable any practitioner to begin on a journey of emotional, and self mastery. This step by step system will show you how to create more joy in your life, and bring about personal transformation. Allowing you to escape the strangle hold of negative emotions and build a life of health and vitality.

Standing Qigong 1

Learn to open up all the joints of the body physically and energetically. Connect to the 3 major energy sources outside the body. circulate these energies within you to increase your vitality and energy levels. Ground yourself emotionally and physically with simple breathing exercises. Develop a beautiful 20 minute morning routine.

Standing Qigong 2

Develop your standing Qigong to the next level. Heal and remove blockages within your energy pathways. Learn to absorb and guide Qi with your fingertips. Develop an understanding of the major points of the Governor and Functional Meridian Channels, and how they effect your emotional and physical wellbeing.

Standing Qigong 4

Learn the ancient secret of Iron Shirt Qigong, its postures and philosophy. Iron Shirt Qigong encompasses techniques such as Qi Packing to form the "Golden Bell", connecting and rooting the human structure, energy circulation and standing meditation.

Dan Tien Qigong 5

Learn how to develop Qi pressure in Dan Tien, and other Viscera of the body, using the ancient Animal Postures. Also included in this level is the Golden Phoenix Qigong form. Pre requisite is all other Qigong levels.

5 Animal Tendon Nei Gong

Created by Sifu Nathan this Tendon Nei Gong set focuses primarily on the tendon meridians of the arms. Opening up, and revitalising, the physical and energetic health of the arms through specific movements. Learn how to use the essence, and form, of the Dragon, Snake, Tiger, Leopard and Crane to facilitate change in tendon strength, and release built up tension in the arms and hands.
